Here are some things we do to cope with stress and take care of our physical and mental health:

GET OUTSIDE!
Take a walk

Touch plants
Look at the moon
Sit in the grass
Stare at the clouds

Feel the sun on your skin

RELAX!
Take a bath
Drink some herbal tea
Touch an animal
Read a book
Take a nap
Make a list of things you like
Breathe

NOURISH!
Feed yourself lots of good food
Eat local, organic, and in season
Eat dark chocolate
Share a meal with your friends
Eat fermented foods

CONNECT!
Hug your friends
Kiss your lover
Be giving
Call a friend
Make time for the ones you love
Stay positive
